But in this case, I'm the one that has researched and found dozens of cases supporting my position. More importantly, I know who the district court judge is, and what reversal rate means (has nothing to do with the appellate judges), and overall have a clear grasp of the facts involved.
That is why I said it is laughable in context. It may apply in this conversation, but not to me.
