I agree with all of that… but why did hypur ventures spend all the time and energy turning this company around, fix the balance sheet, eliminate third part debt , Why the RS , why change the bylaws, why bring on Berman?
Just to let Dan do nothing , just to say nothing, not grow/expand?
It just doesn’t add up to me…. I think they had a plan to do something else (scale or merger) IMO but maybe that fell apart or changed.
Don’t know how else to see it.
