I agree...nothing happening as of yet. All mostly sells and small buys to keep the price at this level.

Tha attorney letter just got submitted which is usually the final communication between the company and the OTC it was submitted only 2 weeks ago.
The OTC will request more information if needed. PATIENCE.

I disagree with the first statement, but pretty much agree with the rest. I think the CE will come off (sooner than never as per a previous post :)), but I don't have anything solid to gauge the time-frame on.

A couple of weeks is not much in the corporate world, so I am not surprised after submitting the AL, etc., that the CE is still on.

I think within 6 months is a pretty good bet though. But, whatever the case I am keeping my mil+ shares until it does. Like everyone trying to make the best of a bad deal.
