So another words you are saying the odds would be in the favor of someone calling an OTC stocks a scam to be true. However, how many investors can make money on OTC stocks. Also when proven an OTC stocks is NOT a scam how much money can be made then :) What happens when on OTC stock like HNRC moves up to the NASDAQ?
