Assuming recruitment of 5-6 patients per month, you would expect that 5-6 patients already completed at least 2 cycles and 10-12 patients completed at least 1 cycle. If Tuspetinib delivers ORR of 15-20%, a probability of 1-2 unconfirmed responses among 10-12 patients is high. Aptose would report it.
