What happened to the WNFT business plan from last year when the Calasse appeal became known?

The mandatory settlement conference did not yield an agreement with Calasse, however we anticipate that $WNFT will proceed with a business plan over the next several weeks which will include an acquisition(s). This statement should not be construed as a guarantee for success.

This is why Sharp's credibility is suspect. Like "merger discussions" that GVSI fans keep referring to. Especially with a GVSI SEC administrative proceeding and restriction on its corporate actions such as a reverse merger. More questionable statements from Sharp.

I'm here for the court decision after which I will reconsider WNFT.

I used to defend Sharp early on. That ended about a year and a half ago, right after the WNFT "business plan" tweet that I called BS right away.

Even so, that doesn't take away the fact that WNFT is an SEC registered and reporting shell and the odds in the court case are highly in WNFT's favor.
