MK doesn't even own a majority of shares, let alone anything close to 95% of RDGL. There are retail people on this forum who state bigger holdings than MK.

And selling 5% of a company to raise only three months worth of cash is pretty appalling! Sure hope MK can submit IDE soon, but so far, there's just no end in sight.
