Again, only if we ignore the fact that the unrestricted shares went up by 24,637,500.
All while the CEO was throwing up a smoke screen by canceling restricted shares to reduce the Outstanding shares. It's all a ploy to divert people's attention away from what's really happening (magicians have been doing it for centuries).

Can someone please show me on the below (7-day) BBRW chart, how decreasing the OS, but at the same time increasing the unrestricted shares by 24,637,500 made an improvement on the share price?
To make it easier, I circled (in blue) May 1st, that's the date of the previous share structure update.

Lets see what they say 74 million OS versus 128 million is an improvement
