6 in 6 years... i mean if they do another one itll be 1:2 or 3 the OS is only about 20 million, and a float of what approx 3 million?

I think now with all that, and a NAV of $5.15 even with warrants, as well as no more issuances until Dec. 2023 at the least this should be good entry for new buyers.

Im one of them took a risk here at 0.7X lets see chart looks ready for a rebound.

$TOPS Daily starting to catch a base... lets see if this gets back into compliance after all the RS's. The company is making money, and the chart looks good to me.
