No hard feeling at all.

I almost never file complaints with SEC in penny stocks, however, this is one of the few I did.....both against the CEO, who I believe breached his fiduciary duty during the Reg A+ by withholding information from potential investors about his past history with SVAD....for his own personal gain. That information may have changed their decision to invest, knowing that those shareholders lost over 99.9% of their investment. Especially now that DPUI Reg A buyers have already quickly lost over 99% of their investment as well.

And secondly, I filed a complaint against the clearing firm who cleared the note holders shares. The SEC has tried to stop the clearing of large amounts of shares that are quickly dumped into the market, as soon as new OTC stocks go public, by heavily fining the clearing firms.

This is to try and curtail pump and dumps from occurring shortly after the stocks start trading. In this case, there was no pump and dump.....it was just a pure dump. He milked what he could from the Reg A investors @ .10.....then the note holder started dumping relentlessly soon afterwards.

Can’t lie once he spoke on it I realized I just probably got bagged I’m down 79% already and don’t even have a thought of putting more money to average down. My gut feeling with the same news over & over told me this is off.
