wildrcatter.....I agree you preferred shares are just 40% of the company but if you convert the 12 million common shares back to preferred shares it would be 44% of the company. What a great spinner you are. I’m sorry to hear about you wife and I hope the best for her. So can I assume that EDEX paid part of her medical expenses? In the Jan.-March 2005 I found the following under Health Maintenance.; Prescription Medication $819.65, Dentist $358.00, Hospital Fees $31,000.00, Lab Fees $2,380.00 for a total of $34557.65. If I remember correctly there is another $15,000.00 that are on the books, but I just don’t feel like looking for it.

You really need to get over yourself, I don't see anyone bashing this stock it's nothing more than information both good and bad. Some people are concerned with dilution due to the way it's set up and that's a legitimate concern for all investers. If all you want is a cheerleading board I suggest you go elsewhere.
