Only way to know

Is that management of MULN will have to do a NOBO triangulation consisting of:

1. Getting from ADP the NOBO and OBO list;
2. The Transfer agent list.

In comparing the two, you can find the discrepancy, without NOBO and TA impossible to ascertain as a minority shareholder.

Why Wednesday? Chart technicals, other reasons?

Reply regarding nobo list and transfer agent is how yiu mean regarding assessing the the naked short sellers, or number of nakes short shares...?

Can you relay with greater specificity as this is something I'm not yet familiar.
