The disposition of the case and termination of probation can be easily verified through the public court record. I think there is a free web site that directs one to Florida circuit court cases. Give them a chance to key it into their system.

Cabo, I don't take the "No problems, No investigations." as meaning anything about the SEC. only the courts. An open mind is a wonderful tool.
