Actually SHORTED this after their 1/150 RS was finalized & it RAN UP in October to $0.03. They have no distribution established ANYWHERE. Was in Atlanta at the time & could NOT find ONE SINGLE PINT of this pos ANYWHERE! Atlanta was reported --- SUPPOSSED to be their HQ's --- from which they "planned" on EXPANDING distribution of this "brand" to the 'north & south'. I don't see them developing their business.... & now coming up on the Summer one would think they would be CRANKING UP their business.... but, that is simply NOT the case! Too bad.
The OBVIOUS & quick, easy, low-hanging fruit WITHOUT ANY competition would be to PUT the BRAND into EVERY liquor store where Yuengling BEERS are sold, but these guys KEPT the A/S at 2.5B for a reason, no? And they have NOT STOPPED the dilution. And for what? Show me a storefront, food chain, website (from which COMMERCE is conducted) & you'll find SQUA-DOUSCHE!!
Too bad. This could have been a REAL WINNER & BANGER, but people seem to be TOO LAZY to WORK these days! No worries. All good. Just SHORT these pos's & leverage THEIR GREED & laziness! As of today I've covered my position so the MONEY is IN THE BANK! Now we'll see if this pos does anything worthy of going long. So far, I don't see it. And they've had PLENTY of time to establish a business model, re-emerge, devise a new biz plan, focus on expansion, profitability, etc.. If this gets above a penny again, I just may have to HAMMER IT AGAIN -- if they're going to be continue to be delinquent in their shareholder obligation to move the business forward...
