To be fair, the same impression was given before it went dark. It was foreseeable that it would never come back. If their intention was to be a legitimate business and publicly traded, they’d gone above and beyond (like many OTC) to comply and remain trading.

This is what happens when there are no consequences to questionable behavior. No one will go after him and he knows that.
