I have said for quite some time I’d prefer KBLB just sell their already validated spider silk and let others figure out how they’d like to utilize it. I think they are moving well beyond any area of expertise while trying to control more than they should. Likely overcommitted to Kings that they’d (KBLB) would provide the fabrics for them. Just feels like it’s outside the wheelhouse at this point.
We aren’t disagreeing, I don’t think, just presenting the same information from different positions. You’re claiming the problem is with DS and its properties not being conducive to blending with other materials. IMO, the issue is more with KBLB trying to take on more than they should, leaving us with Dorton now trying to sort it out.
