What difference does it make if there is a seller or not, or how many shares are available etc. It is what it is. The bottom like is there is a merger going on. Updates will come shortly.

The elusive "naked shorting" market maker is about like Big Foot. Lot of talk about it, but never enough proof!

The truth is this and you know it too Big Juan, the company is selling shares. Albeit it is a controlled dump to keep the share price from completely collapsing (probably had agreement that x amount could be sold per day vs price / volume)

This horse crap of naked short covering is just that, horse crap. It's the company.
A 120 million shares went somewhere. The problem is, we dont know where and how much. Too much smoke and mirrors. When i see attempts to cover selling, I know the company does not give a rats azz about the traders.
