I don't believe he's a conman. He's determined to make this happen through Hell and High Water in a corrupt Market that by design crushes start ups.

And I think in the case of Mullen, it is not just Saleem. He has surrounded himself with a WHOLE HOST of con MEN. There seems to be multiple ones, as many as 10 of them. Of the 10, several have been indicted.
