What I still don't understand is what specifically --or who-- is preventing the reverse merger from proceeding at this moment? If both parties want it to happen, if a "binding MOU" is in place and, if shares have been exchanged.... then what's the hold up? I've seen dozens of garbage tickers reverse merge with companies simply by getting current with OTC and no SEC filings.
