8.7B as of 5/1/23 but Matty boy is trying to DUMP 2B shares via a Reg A offering only for people with deep pockets. Of course his latest one is toast with a buying price of 0.0030 but I think a new offer will suddenly show up in Q1 financials due on the 15th.
