You are 100% correct!
Max does not want to ask for another increase in the AS and did the smart thing by hooking up with CIT for financing to stop any dilution..
Let’s not forget that Max is the largest Shareholder with over a billion shares and the most to gain or lose and he definitely wants a huge winner here..!!
My advice is: FOLLOW THE INSIDERS AND FOLLOW THE MONEY!!
