And generally a Judge won’t act on it unless he has been presented some note worthy indications that it will be resolved. Especially if they brought in a mediator counsel to get both parties on the same page…

Lot of reasons to get it settled and not prolong the case - time is money especially with Attorneys.

Especially since they've been at this for how many years now?!!!

As with any negotiation, something could come up at the last minute and derail it, but I personally believe that highly unlikely in this case.
