About 6 months ago I introduced AHRO when it was GFTX to a banker in NYC. They said that if the company were private they would do a B round for $3-5 million at a $12-15 million dollar valuation. They suggested spinning off the operating subsidiary and leaving the parent with majority ownership. They didnt realize that CG had done this many times before. He decide to stay the course instead.
Also, remember thats before they acquired Maybacks and everything else that is about to happen around that.
So yes this is like committing murder and getting away with it at these prices.
