As to the Netlist/Micron Germany trial delay:

$NLST Good morning longs,

there is news regarding the hearing tomorrow: I just spoke with the court, the date has been postponed to 11.04.2024.

He did further clarify that date notation to mean the 11th of April, 2024. So looks like just under a year away?

He stated that he was trying to get a reason for the delay from the court. But they would say nothing.

He stated he believes that the delay might be because a settlement was in the works?

I would think so also.
