What do you think after $42 mil SPAC deal closing in May?
There are still 8 months left until 12/31/23
I believe it will be cancelled or delayed for the purpose of nasdaq uplisting later
SPAC deal finalization will change everything about this company

Why would they do a R/S when there is an....

A/S of 10,000,000,000 shares
O/S of 4,000,000,000 shares

That's a difference of 6,000,000,000
Shares.

No need for a R/S, unless the ceo has plans of tiering up to the QB.

I could see them doing a 1/20 R/S to get us trading above .01 to meet the qualifications to trade on the OTC(QB). I would be absolutely ok with a R/S if that's what the ceo's plan is. Maybe the ceo has a surprise for us ;+)

This is why I will Not ever buy back in. HVCW, XCPL, HCMC, BOMO, and many others have diluted to death and it seems this one here is diluting with "zero" concern for any investors' interests. Too bad, so sad. Best of luck to all who buy this. This seems like the story of many OTC tickers as of late.
