I’m not trying to sound like a d bag but you must be new to the wild west. Penny traders sit on that page to see if dilution is coming in or not. That otc page is the best place to go to and companies that verify their share structure every day are even better because those are usually the no dilution guys because they have nothing to hide like the true diluters do.
