OTCIQ access was denied to CGRA because new management forgot to to pay the registration fee. Bill W had it paid into March. Link's group DROPPED the ball and forgot to pay renewal.
Just paying the fee late DOES not cut it in OTC land. So, virtually a whole new application showing the change in control needed to be prepared, submitted, evaluated, additional info request and around and around and on.. and on..and on...FUBAR.
