Sorry LoDi I am just not the organ meat type.

Well, there is one exception for me though, a great german type Liverwurst...that on rye bread with a big hunk of lettuce is great.

I actually get cravings for that stuff.

Heck, I won't even make the giblets for the dog, I know I should though...I just throw them out. My mom believed that the juices from the boiled giblets made the best gravy ever.

But then again, she also sucked the marrow out of beef soup bones...grossed me out. AND, she also ate pigs feet, another gross out. I sure did not take after her.
