If Libby was "innocent" of the charges of 1.) lying to fed investigators, and 2.) obstructing justice, his att'y would have put him on the witness stand and win the case hands down. He didn't. I hope he doesn't.

Lawyers hold their clients from testifying for many reasons. IN this case , it very well might be that they viewed the prosecutions case as flawed and poorly developed- hence there was no need to have Libby testify
Your assertion that if Libby were innocent, then his atty would have had him testify is typical of your poor reasoning skills
