Someone talked to the CEO a few weeks ago. Sounds like quite a few companies are interested in a deal. He doesn’t want to do a deal with just any company. They have also been reaching out to other companies as well. There was no deal with any company at that time. That is the only reason he was able to talk. At least we know the company is actively pursuing a deal.
