The slot machine player is looking for immediate action - win or lose. The OTC, deservedly so, is populated with a majority of mindless one arm bandit players.
All of my OTC holdings are down, seems like all the market conditions have changed from several years ago when there were more speculative traders. A lot of money has left and wonder if or when it will return.
