It is pretty obvious to me they want all the converted shares in the float in the right strong hands before D-Day landing of the SEC form 10 and audited financials, and second acquisition is completed.

The new 2021 SEC limits the number of shares added to the float to 10-20% (depends on MM/broker) of the prior day's volume.

I think some serious buyers are mining and buying up the cheapies for huge moves to the land of silver...

This is actually a huge gift to us OTC dwellers down here IMO.. So get what you can while you can.
