I think so too. The timing of the news release says it all. Before it gets anywhere further near junk, they need a piece of positive news. And its a prototype with nothing concrete. It's the 1st and only positive piece of real news in over a year. Beats the promos that the Ouside Bull Sources been throwing out.

it is an ORDER and FCEL can start to receive payments for long lead time items that will go into the first JV CC solution. It is evidence that the JV has a solution and there are items that need to be specially tooled for a first installation in Rotterdam. I am puzzled (sort of) by the mention of the MCFC as that should be available form the current production facility - what lead time do they have on those? Or is ist tha SK are about to. also buy some more and to beat the rush EXXONn was advised to order now? EXXON need to say to Rotterdam (PORTHOS) that they can have the first CC unit installed by a certain date - to do that they have to order from FCEL and take the financial risk themselves that they get the FID on stage one PORTHOS.
