Got to see John Lee Hooker before he passed after lying to my boss at a new job about being sick...so I could make the show.....guess who I ran into at the Blues Festival...that new boss I lied to....I told Him it was Fucking John Lee Hooker and I couldn't Miss Him he was 81 at the time in 1999....he died 2 years later..RIP LEGENDARY BLUES MAN! I Did keep the job luckily .......That Was A Good Day!!
