They said they were optimistic about a PR in April. Updates happen every month, I haven't seen them do an early update...rather simply blog about something extra. Note the use of the word 'material' in the tweet. That sets it apart from update and means PR. I for one am only counting on an update today. I'm surprised we haven't seen it. If we get PR, great, but definitely looking to hear about the meeting with the FDA.
