There’s going to be a huge FINRA/SEC investigation here, the ticker is already demoted to pink limited and without an attorney letter backing up turbotax filings, delinquency on Wyoming SOS this ticker is going to be suspended, revoked and delisted to the expert or grey markets.

Ouch, need to find legitimate tickers, with updated pink current status, no debt, a solid CEO putting 20 year hold on preferreds and ones that the CEO actually owns common shares.

I’m in that kind, unfortunately this isn’t one of them.

McKay has a very good track record in his choices of stocks to attach himself to. I'm sure he's very much up on the history of this ticker. He's moving at his own pace.
