once again I want to reiterate how smart Chuck was in his negotiations with sk hynix. SK hynix is killing Samsung on market share related to hbm for example. I think it's important to note that SK Hynix can go to customers with confidence knowing that they are selling a product that does not infringe. Samsung cannot do this and that liability can be transferred to the end user. Why would a company take the chance of infringing when they can just buy from Sk Hynix? Samsung needs a license or they will continue to lose market share
