The CEO said "All" Good and Bad info will be in the 8k....there is no Reverse Split Update in the 8K. As a matter of fact all the 8Ks after June 2022 had this language removed. I am only going off what the CEO said. Not listening to anyone else yell REVERSE SPLIT COMING....RUN!!! Until the CEO says or show me otherwise I'm trading, buying and investing in this as if no R/S is happening.
