Nah my friend, I wouldn't touch this, I had 100,000 shares of this before the merger announcement, a few years back, average 2.50 it ran to 10 plus and change. I think it was Net Element, when the float was virtually non existence. Plus, I have a rule, I never get back in on a ticker once I am out, unless the story is too good to avoid. Currently sitting on a few tickers and holding only 2 OTC's in my portfolio, the rest are big boards. One of them being possibly generational wealth if all comes to fruition. Good luck to you art.
