So we have a date for bench trial. To know why we need it, it’s imperative to review what Netlist requested initially (doc. #1). Jury trial clarified three points - Samsung’s infringement, Samsung’s willfulness, and award of damages. Rest should be covered by bench trial as only the judge can make decisions for those points, e.i. injunctive relief and treble modifier.
