The volume is so small right now I think because it has not caught market attention yet. I'm guessing (being op2mstic) that the recent increased volume in PR will continue and support something new that is coming from the company. With the low vol, a small breeze can move the PPS either way, so I don't think the current PPS is to0 much of a telltale.
