A company about to vote for what will probably be a 1 for 10 or 1 for 25 reverse split. No Institutional Investors hold sticks worth less than $1.00 especially right before a RS.
Let me ask you this - how many shares does insiders hold currently and as a follow-up do you not think they will vote Yes for the RS since they already said so in the filing?
