Yes, the share structure and the toxic note are the main issues and until they address these two issues the stock will not move much if at all.

No one is expecting run like this here as firstly stock is not trading AH.
The shares needs to be restructured, needs audit and up listing as company promised and then we might get possible few spinoffs like Asia Metals and PayAABB.
To me at this prices worthy gamble.

Everyone needs to do their own DD and “bet with their head not over it.”
