The All American Check Cashing Opinion and Concurrence by Judge Jones is an extremely good read and a good indication about what an En Banc hearing for Collins in the 5th would entail. Not sure if we are going to be En Banc or a Panel at this point.

The Loan Forgiveness will be interesting for a SCOTUS that has moved (on its own mind you - nothing changed in the law) to MQD

What is going on with modifications to one of 100s of cross subsidies at F and F is minore.

Egad --- seriously - if this type of stuff can not be done by an agency (think of 10,000 equivalents a year across all agencies) --- without courts looking over their shoulders and thinking its their job ----- the democracy will die
