JMHO…. My dd on Dr Jamallodeen’s wealth, influence and Company’s ability to fulfill all the posted tweets never felt like pumping . To me They were facts not realized yet and sure to come. But again, my feeling on CE tags and the power of any organization to shut down a company’s ability to trade on an accusation without any proof of wrong doing, and have no requirements to show criminal wrong doing, no framework of time lines to work within to limit their actions, no regulatory body to ensure fairness, & no recourse for companies who may be accused improperly. This is where I personally feel attention should be placed. The label “let the BUYER beware” doesn’t even make sense. No one can buy. OTCm understanding what the consequences of their tag is means this tag should not be used for questionable tweets. Only proven criminal acts. Which should be required before ever using such a tag. Once again JMHO.
