I have never seen a licensing agreement that didn't have performance benchmarks associated with them have you? So what this scam company is telling their investors is there are no performance benchmarks and Temple's technology is in their incompetent hands. Temple does not care if any sales of their technology ever happen and Temple does not care if they ever get paid. I think most people would come to the conclusion that Temple realizes it will never work.
