What is suspicious. This same phenomenon happens all the time at failing businesses. Folks can sohp their talents aroun and are more motivated when they see their current employer has a badd or no future.

It happened at Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers before and during their collapses. It happens in law firms all the time Top performers (rainmakers) can wlalk and take their portable book of business to a new firm with better prospects or more money (usually both). When big rainmaker partners depart with their clients, the firm gets even more financially unstable and this precipitates more departures of partners who are good earners - and the per-partner profit (PP) declines further until the firm fails. The good folks find new positions and the dead wood either trades down or learns to drive a bread truck.

Generally, the sooner you gett ~OUTT, the better the opportunities will be.

There is no mystery or CONspiracy here.

Remember, KFC >> FRC. $10 gets an 8-piece variety bucket of chicken for pick-up if you order online. Some of the dead wood left at FRC may be working the counter at KFC in the next few months.
