So talk in circles I see when there are no facts to support this case having anything to do with BioAmber. My posts are spot on. I already said that this was a joint motion to dismiss. I already said it was with prejudice meaning the case can’t be brought again. I then said it has nothing to do with BioAmber and it doesn’t in anyway.
It makes no difference if it’s a joint motion. It makes no difference if each party is getting something favorable in the end. Each party could have been granted $100 billion dollars in the case and BioAmber shareholders wouldn’t even get 1 penny of that for those worthless shares.
The only red herrings are coming from the posts hinting at or stating that the lawsuit has something to do with Former BioAmber, it’s worthless shares or it’s former shareholders
