Of course I don’t have proof. We will all see the correct share count soon enough. However, the way it has been dumping into all the buying is usually dilution from my experience. I hate to put HVCW as a similar stock but same happened there.. let’s hope he announces something about this topic so retail can buy heavily again

I am 10000% bullish here but I think there has been some dilution. I don't mind it and don't think it will be worse than many think but I think the O/S is still going to be reasonable when the numbers come in. Just dont know how to get these companies to understand they can pay off all their debts if they just let the dam stock run.

It is dilution! Over a billion shares traded hands recently and it's down 25%. This CEO is notorious for dumping and reverse splitting. It is sad. The stock is way heavier than the 04/01/23 o/s. You will see next week how much this joker has dumped. What a crook. I gave him a chance!!!!
