hes done this once before about 3 or so years ago and put a 200 million price tag on it....I'll give them until next quarterly as the filing have to hit but some clairity definitely needs to be given to shareholders

Of course it is a big lie. This company has several reversed split in 5 years and all the news were complete fabrication.
